Small Engine Fuel Injection Kit – 35cc to 300cc
The fuel injection conversion kit developed and produced by our company can be used to convert a variety of single-cylinder carburetor small engines ranging from 35cc to 300cc. We have 28mm and 34mm throttle bodies to match this. Under normal circumstances, this EFI kit can be bolted to the engine and the engine can be started after installation. In some cases, you may need to make some simple mechanical modifications to fit the throttle body or return pipe. This kit has all the components to convert the carburetor engine, which saves you the most time in finding parts in various places. In addition, the kit can do some self-tuning by using the O2 sensor to run closed-loop refueling. Our ECU has perfect automatic adjustment software, which can automatically adjust itself to maintain the best AFR (14.7) under different operating conditions.
This suite was previously called the “PNP” suite, but because different people have different understandings of “PNP”, we removed the “PNP” in the title. Our goal is to make this kit a bolt kit for some popular small engines, such as GY6 engines (50cc to 200cc) and 150cc monkey-bikes, which requires some effort. PNP may not be suitable for all engines, just because there are too many types of engines. PNP may only be applicable to certain GY6 engines, or 150cc monkey-bikes engines. If you have modified the engine multiple times (main customer parts), you may not be able to use PNP. In most cases, users need to make some basic adjustments after installation. 400cc to 800cc Small Engine Fuel Injection Kit
Compared to other Small Engine EFI kits of us, this is a comparatively “large” engine EFI kit. It is designed to convert some carburetor engines of 400cc to 800cc range. Because of larger displacements, everything (almost) needs to be larger size; namely larger fuel pump, larger fuel injector; etc. Besides, this 38mm throttle body comes with an idle control motor built-in. This kit makes it easier for those who still own a carburetor engine in the 400cc to 800cc range, and want to convert it to fuel injected. Same as other kits of ours, this one is easy to install and tune. The key is to make sure your carburetor can be replaced by the 38mm throttle body. Or you may need to machine a spacer. This kit has all the features of the smaller EFI kits, like self-tuning capability. This kit by default will run 1-cylinder engine. For 2-cylinder engines, like V-twin, or parallel twins, more modifications are required, in many cases, a new manifold or new throttle body set will be required. contact us for details.

Note: for DR650, the motor is running better with a little rich AFR in some cases, like idle, and WOT.
